GST / Tax Invoice
The prices of items on the JJSKY store are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (“GST”). If buyers would like a tax invoice. Please request at checkout. We will send invoice through message.
Item/s will be dispatched from Coopers Plains, Briabsne, QLD, within 12 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after full payment has been received by JJSKY as cleared funds. Exceptions apply for pre-sale/pre-older items. where delivery times will be indicated in the listing.

Free priority shipping service
For item/s which include free priority shipping, postage is only FREE for the first delivery. If there is any delivery failure or not caused by JJSKY, $10 postage and handling fee is required to pay to JJSKY to resend your item back.
Registered Post / shipping insurance
Please note that the Australia Post Regular Post service does not include a tracking number OR INSURANCE. JJSKY is not liable for any loss, theft, or damages to items during shipping / delivery. JJSKY recommends Registered Post, which includes a tracking number and insurance up to $100. If you would like your item Registered Post, please select registered post when you check out.
JJSKY will allow an exchange to the value of an item you have purchased within seven(7) days of purchase if you have changed your mind about the item. The value of the item will exclude any shipping and handing costs incurred by JJSKY when the item was first sent to you, including such costs which were incorporated into the purchase price and 'free shipping' was specified.
JJSKY will not be liable for:
- 2- 6 business days for item/s sent by Regular Post within Australia
- 1- 3 business days for item/s sent by Express post within Australia
- any costs incurred by you in returning the item to JJSKY for exchange; and/or
Please note that JJSKY will not provide a refund, credit or exchange if the item is not kept in brand new and resalable condition with original packaging and unbroken seals.
If an item is defective as a manufacturers fault or defect, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assessment.
If an item is identified as a manufacturer faulty item after assessment, there are two options for the buyer:
If an item is assessed that is not faulty, $10 postage and handling fee is required to pay to JJSKY to resend your item back.
- the difference in value between the original item you purchased and your chosen alternative item has a greater value. You must pay the difference between the value of the original you purchased and your chosen alternative item; and/or
- any costs of shipping an alternative item to you following exchange. The alternative item you following exchange. The alternative item will only be resent to you after shipping costs are received in full by JJSKY as cleared funds.
